In couples therapy, I work with clients to identify goals, communication issues, and emotion recognition. Many times couples find themselves in a position where communication has broken down, feelings of resentment and anger are present, and the relationship is no longer what the partners desire. I want to help couples identify the goals that will lead to a healthy resolution and work with them to accomplish them. Sessions are typically held once per week for 50 minutes.
Cost: $120 per visit
Adventure therapy is an experiential based approach to counseling that kinesthetically engages clients in a cognitive, affective, and behavioral. Adventure therapy regularly uses natural settings to create therapeutic opportunities. Some techniques include hiking, biking, canoeing, metaphor, mindfulness, and other experiences. Sessions are typically 2 hours in length and are paired every other week with an individual or couples counseling session for 8 weeks.
Cost: $1500 per 8 weeks
In the United States 70 percent of workers are not engaged at work. Companies who have engaged employees earn 2.5x more revenue than companies with low engagement levels. On top of that company culture is the primary culprit for turnover. Team building increases communication, strengthens team moral, and creates cohesion among employees. I use a combination of experiential techniques and clinical processing to challenge team members, create communication, and develop cohesion. Please call for a consultation on time and price of Team Building services.
Leadership is not only for those in management or supervisory roles. Leadership is created and maintained throughout the culture of the organization. Effective leadership comes through communication, understanding of value, navigating relationships, and conflict resolution. I utilize different coaching techniques, role identification, skill building, and goal identification to help organizations examine and develop a leadership culture. Please call for a consultation on time and price of Leadership Development services.
All services offered are client pay. Cash, checks, debit, credit cards, or HSA cards are accepted. I currently accept Aetna and Cigna insurance. If there are financial circumstances that keep you from being able to pay the set rates for services please contact me for a private consultation.

Eco-wellness is a holistic approach to health that utilizes a connection to nature that enhances the emotional, mental, and physical wellness of an individual. Nature has been shown to decrease the symptoms of different mental health issues like depression and anxiety, increase feelings of joy and satisfaction, and create greater satisfaction of life. I utilize mindfulness techniques that focus on being in the present moment, being non-judgmental, and being purposeful in conjunction with contact with nature through your senses to create an eco-wellness practice for individuals.
